The downside to Florida gardening is the damned fireants! The good news is the weeding is pretty much done.

Oh no! That looks painful. Ah, another reason to dislike Florida, I'll add it to my list... :-)
Curiously enough, as disgusting as it looks, it's not really painful. It hurts when they first bite but degrades quickly into mild irritation, then nothing. Except those disgusting pustules linger.
