The Grass Roots Exhibt moves forward at the US National Arboretum

Kevin, Geoff, and Brent (mostly Brent) installed the irrigation for the natural side of the Sports Turf  element of the Turf Grass Exhibit. Rain has slowed work on the display space but things are moving steadily towards the opening this summer. In the background sand and rubber are being added and worked in to the artificial turf. They provide cushioning and padding.

Giant Crane set to lift precast bridges over the Administration Building at the National Arboretum

I don't know for sure because all but essential personnel were banished from the site. If it didn't work out, I'll let you know tomorrow. Actually, you'd probably have heard about it on the news!

The bridge replacement is part of the pool renovation.
