One in Adelphi, Maryland, one in Wildwood, Florida, one at the US National Arboretum with a grandfatherly interest in many more around the DC area (unless noted, pictures are taken the day of post)
So, is that your haul on the table?
Yes it is; they were all grown by the club in a little greenhouse attached to an elementary school. We run the greenhouse and sell the plants. There were some cool plants: Asparagus retrofractus, Chirita, Kohleria, Nicotiana sylvestris and an unnamed Costus. for $2 each!
I missed the sale - stupidly went on Sunday and of course by then the party was over - dang!
