Mystery aster in Adelphi Garden
It's sort of cool cause it's six feet tall.

Looks like Aster tataricus maybe? We have it ('Jindai') here in bonsai. :-)
It's close for sure. I think it's too tall (close to 7'), the petals are too long, and the leaves aren't quite right. Maybe it's the species tataricus, and not the cultivar 'Jindai'?
